Job Description

The Day-to-Day activities:

• Joining technical and product review meetings.
• Practicing coding in one or more of the following: Java, ELIXIR, RUST, C++ etc.
• Ensuring the timely delivery of high quality, maintainable and operationally excellent code
• Delivering high quality, bug-free code, on-time delivery.
• Supporting the DevOps team to setup hardware and microservices infrastructure
• Driving and taking more leadership in projects, and helping bring in different project stakeholders into the same picture when required.

Your skills and experiences

Your must-haves:

• Have at least 2 years of experience software engineer – preferably with at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong Computer Science fundamentals
• Stay well versed in system performance and scaling
• Have working knowledge of building back end systems around SQL, NoSQL, Caches, App servers. 
• Showcase proactivity and creativity and understand the right balance between product, engineering, and business needs
• You grok distributed systems

Your extra advantage points:

• Experience in building cloud service would be an advantage
• Prior experience in building consumer facing product will be an advantage

Blockchain Development Engineer (3 Person)

Job requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. In the blockchain industry for more than 1-2 years, have some experience in node deployment and wallet technology;

3. Have NodeJS / GO and other language code experience;

4. Have Solidity smart contract development experience, and have released several smart contracts written by myself (except Fork);

5 .Working experience for more than 5 years;

6. Reading the source code of Bitcoin or Ethereum nodes is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

1. Chain service follow-up and maintenance (ms_chain);

2.  Multi-chain smart contract development;

3. Loan and financing agreement aggregation.

About you: The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing a content strategy across different social media platforms. You should be results/metrics oriented and not just aesthetics oriented. The successful candidate will be a clear and persuasive communicator who is able to effectively communicate  across the company. You will be equally comfortable thinking big, diving deep and rolling up your sleeves to execute on your vision for content. You have a strong experiment mindset, and are comfortable executing multiple different posts/ content types and letting data dictate what to scale. You should be proficient at understanding and calculating different content metrics beyond just follower growth and engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing a robust content marketing strategy for DeFiato including creating a roadmap of experimental initiatives across video, graphics, text and training material that can lead to scalable growth.
• Leading efforts to solve complex content marketing problems, moving quickly to implement ideas and deliver results. You will dive into issues and incidents as they occur, perform ad-hoc cause and effect analysis to derive action plans for specific issues, find root causes, experiment with solutions at scale and drive them to resolution.
• Conducting marketing experiments using rigorous approaches and measurement methods (A/B tests, statistical methods) to evaluate their effectiveness

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in the Content Marketing field. Proven track record in managing content execution from inception to completion
• Proven track record assuming ownership, moving quickly to implement ideas, and delivering results and in a fast-paced online environment
• Proven analytical and quantitative skills, and an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, drive rationale, discover root causes and identify opportunities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Excel and capable of manipulating data in order to perform both high level and more granular analysis. 
• Ability to operate simultaneously and effectively in both tactical and strategic modes.

• Prior blockchain/fintech related experience is a bonus.
